Opalescent Glass Windows at Dawson Street United Methodist Church in Thomasville, GA

     In 2009, Laws Stained Glass Studios installed 14 opalescent glass windows at Dawson Street United Methodist Church in Thomasville, GA.   The ten large windows were size 66" wide x 98" high and the four small windows were size 36" wide x 63" high.  The large windows each had a 18" x 26" hand-stained glass medallion featuring a scene from the "Life of Christ" series.  The small windows contained a 12" round Biblical scene that is hand-stained glass as well.

     Laws removed the existing steel frames and installed new dark bronze aluminum frames.  On the outside, Laws installed 1/4" Lucite as the protective covering.
