Stained Glass Windows at Phoenix Baptist Church in Lansing, NC

     In 2015, Laws Stained Glass Studios installed (9) opalescent glass windows at Phoenix Baptist Church in Lansing, NC.  The six sanctuary windows (size 36" wide x 87" high) each contained a 12" x 16" hand-stained glass medallion with a Biblical scene and a memorial plate.  The two front windows (size 28" wide x 54" high) each contained a 12" x 16" hand-stained glass medallion with a Biblical scene and a memorial plate as well.  
     Laws began the installation by removing the existing wood sashes.  The opalescent glass windows were installed into the existing wood frame.  On the exterior, Laws covered the wood with white aluminum flashing and installed 1/4" Lucite acrylic as the protective covering.
