Stained Glass Windows at Williamson's Crossroads Baptist Church in Chadbourn, NC

In 2014, Laws Stained Glass Studios provided (10) opalescent glass windows for Williamson's Crossroads Baptist Church in Chadbourn, NC. The six sanctuary windows (size 48" wide x 98" high) contained a 18" x 26" hand-stained medallion with a scene from the life of Christ and a memorial plate. The four smaller windows (size 36" wide x 58"high) each received a 12" x 16" medallion with a Biblical scene and a memorial plate.

Laws Stained Glass removed the existing wood sashes and wood bar at the springline. Laws installed the new windows in the existing wood frame. On the outside, the exposed wood was flashed with white aluminum. On the exterior, 1/4" Lucite acrylic was installed as the protective covering and (2) rows of 1/2" x 1/2" white aluminum stop was used to float it in place.
